Amex Saudi Arabia App App Reviews

I downloaded this app yesterday an it is absolutely top class. Definitely one of the best apps for a credit card. Good user interface and loads of useful information at my finger tips.

the picture of the card doesnt show in the app some cards appear white with out picture

Need more improvement i cant regretter my card yet!!

Dose not work at all, always giving a fail to establish connection with Saudi server.

It worked only once for me, and it was great. I loved the UI, the features and the services I can do through the app. The issue is that 99% of the time it fails to establish a communication with servers of AMEX! This need to be fixed as soon as possible please.

I have never face this issue with many banking and corporate apps with high security standers. 2nd even if some it guy in your firm think jail break reduce security , please remind him it is personal matter and you should not interfere. For example you not interfere with a user using a PC with so many viruses and malware with zero security exposing all his info to a hacker when logging to your site . Please review your security strategy for the benefit of your customers .

The App logo looks like its a radio App or something, the way it used to look is much more professional.

The app is great as usual with a good design. Easy to use, all the information you need is there. However, the icon design is really bad, please get back the old one.
